DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
DAY 1 HONOLULU ARRIVAL – TOUR BEGINS
As you step onto the sun-kissed beaches of Oahu, the
Hawaiian spirit of Aloha envelops you. Check into your
tropical resort and explore the exotic pools and the
captivating saltwater lagoon nestled within this 22acre paradise. As the sun dips below the horizon, enjoy
meeting and mingling with fellow quilters and your
Tour Manager at tonight’s kick-off Welcome Meeting.
DAY 2 HONOLULU
Begin the day with a delightful breakfast, then set
off to explore Honolulu on a panoramic city tour.
Immerse yourself in the sweeping views of this
Polynesian haven, touring landmarks like Chinatown
and the Hawaii State Capitol. At Kaimuki Dry Goods,
replenish your quilting supplies and find inspiration
in the vibrant, tropical-themed cottons. Later, wander
through the Iolani Palace and marvel at the majestic
statue of Kamehameha the Great. Spend the evening as you wish, perhaps swimming or relaxing by the
beach, basking in the glow of a Hawaiian sunset.B
DAY 3 HONOLULU
Enjoy a day at leisure to bask in the tranquil
ambiance of our resort or discover the cultural gems
of Oahu. You might consider visiting the exhibits at
the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, walking in the
footsteps of history, and enriching your understanding of Hawaii’s past. As the day winds down, indulge
in a traditional Hawaiian massage or savor an al
fresco dinner with the ocean as your backdrop.B
DAY 4 HONOLULU
After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the famous Dole
Pineapple Plantation, uncovering the origins of
James Drummond Dole’s pineapple empire. Later,
delve into island traditions at the Polynesian Cultural
Center, learning about local arts, crafts, and history.
Relish an island-style dinner and witness a

DAY 5 HONOLULU – KONA
Spend the morning exploring Honolulu at your own
pace. Perhaps visit a local market, sampling exotic
fruits and chatting with the friendly locals. In the afternoon, we’ll whisk you off to Kona on the Big Island of
Hawaii, where you’ll have ample time to luxuriate in the
